Convoy's school bus module gives parents real-time visibility, attendance notifications, and crew information — building trust with every single journey.
Parents can see exactly where the school bus is, who's driving, and receive a notification the moment their child's attendance is taken.
Parents open the app and see the bus on a live map with ETA to their child's stop, updated in real time.
The moment a driver captures attendance at a stop, parents get an instant push notification — no guessing, no anxiety.
Parents can see the driver's name, vehicle plate, and vehicle type before the bus even arrives at their stop.
If a bus is running late, parents receive a proactive notice with the revised ETA — no one is left waiting and wondering.
Convoy pushes a bus-is-nearby alert straight to the phone lock screen — parents don't even need to open the app.
Parents can see the expected pickup and dropoff timing for their child, so they always know when to expect the bus and when to expect their child home.
The Convoy App shows parents exactly where the school bus is on a live map — and sends a notification when the bus is nearby so no one is left waiting at the gate.
Convoy handles all the communication so schools and transport operators don't have to. From the moment a trip starts to the moment a child is dropped off, parents are kept informed without anyone lifting a finger.

Support for multiple shuttle routes and directions. Staff pick their route and see their specific stop times in one clean view.
Understand which routes are packed and which are underused. Make evidence-based decisions about route frequency and vehicle sizing.
Staff see the driver name, vehicle plate and bus type — so they know exactly which vehicle to look out for.
If a shuttle is running late, staff receive an automated notice with the updated ETA — keeping everyone calm and on time.
From the moment the driver starts a trip, staff can track the bus live. On-the-way status, stop-by-stop progress, and ETA are updated continuously.
Convoy's Reports module tracks ridership, on-time performance and utilisation for every shuttle route — so you can report to management with confidence.
Convoy Kiosk is a display mode designed for waiting areas, lobby screens, and reception desks. Guests and staff can see live shuttle arrival times without downloading anything.

Convoy was built by someone who has spent years inside Singapore's transport industry — not as a consultant or an observer, but as an operator who lived the chaos and decided to do something about it.
A convoy is a group of vehicles moving together — with coordination, purpose, and a shared destination. No one gets left behind. No one loses track of where anyone else is.
That's exactly what we set out to build. Not just GPS. Not just scheduling. A single system where every vehicle, every driver, every passenger, and every manager moves together — in sync, in real time, and without the chaos that comes from using five different tools to do one job.
The name felt right the moment we said it. It still does.
It started with an opportunity that required something the market couldn't provide. A transport operation in Singapore had secured a contract with Google Asia Pacific — and as part of that contract, they needed real-time shuttle tracking and operational visibility. A reasonable requirement. But no system existed that truly fit how Singapore's private bus industry works.
SimpleLabx, our boutique software studio, built the technology layer to make it happen. And it worked. But what happened in the process mattered far more than delivering the solution itself.
Spending time with drivers, fleet managers, school coordinators, and corporate transport teams revealed the same broken pattern everywhere — at every scale, in every operation. The problem wasn't unique to one company. It was the industry standard.
"The bus is where? The driver said the passenger wasn't there. The passenger says the bus never came. Can you call the driver? I've been trying since 6am."
This was — and still is — a normal morning for transport coordinators across Singapore. Convoy exists to make it history.
A WhatsApp group for driver updates. A spreadsheet for scheduling. A separate GPS tracker. A manual attendance record. And a phone that never stops ringing. We saw this in every operation — and knew there was a better way.
A passenger calls the coordinator. The coordinator calls the driver. The driver says one thing. By the time it's resolved, the bus has already left — and everyone blames someone else.
The driver is waiting at the main road. The passenger is at the side entrance. Neither knows where the other is. It happens daily, across every fleet, in every company.
Scheduling in a spreadsheet. Attendance via WhatsApp photo. GPS in a separate app that doesn't talk to anything else. Every part of the operation is disconnected from every other.
Parents don't know if the bus is coming. Companies don't know if staff made it. Schools don't know if every child boarded. Everyone is operating on hope and a 6am phone call.
Our founder didn't come to this industry as a technologist who spotted a gap in the market. He came as someone who had spent years inside Singapore's transport operations — managing routes, coordinating drivers, and fielding the same 6am calls every operator knows too well.
Combined with the software engineering capability of SimpleLabx, that experience created something rare: a product built by people who have both felt the problem and have the skills to actually solve it.
Not adapted logistics software. Not a generic GPS tracker with a waitlist feature bolted on. A purpose-built operating system for the private bus transport industry — designed from the inside out, for every stakeholder it connects.
Years of experience inside Singapore's private transport industry — understanding how operations actually work, where the communication breaks down, and what fleet managers deal with every single day.
A shuttle contract with Google Asia Pacific required real-time tracking and operational visibility. No suitable solution existed for how Singapore's private bus market operates. SimpleLabx built the technology layer.
The same broken communication pattern appeared everywhere — every operator, every scale, every segment. This wasn't one company's problem. It was the industry's problem. And no one was solving it properly.
A product built to connect every stakeholder in transport — operators, drivers, passengers, parents, and managers — on one intelligent platform. Live, growing, and built on the conviction that this industry deserves better.
To become the operating system for private transport — the platform every operator manages their business on, every driver works through, and every client stays connected with.
We build Convoy to equip Singapore's private transport operators to run their business and deliver the best possible service to everyone who depends on them.
Every feature, every design decision, every line of code is guided by what we believe transport software should do — and who it should serve.
Everything we build starts with one question: does this make transport safer and more reliable for the people depending on it?
The broken telephone stops the moment everyone can see the same thing in real time. Transparency isn't a feature — it's the foundation.
If a driver on the road or a parent at the gate can't use it without training, we haven't done our job. Simplicity is the hardest thing to build well.
We've been inside this industry. We listen to operators, drivers, and parents. Real feedback from real operations shapes every single release.
Whether you're a transport operator tired of managing chaos, a school wanting to give parents peace of mind, or a company whose staff keeps missing the shuttle — Convoy was built for you.
Whether you're a transport operator, a school, or a corporate looking to modernise your shuttle — let's talk.
This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below govern your use of Convoy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SimpleLabx Pte. Ltd. ("SimpleLabx", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the Convoy platform, which includes the Convoy Driver App, the Convoy web application for Transport Companies, the Convoy app for parents under the School Bus module, and any related services (together, "Convoy" or the "Platform").
By registering for or using Convoy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance.
SimpleLabx is a technology company. We provide software tools that help Transport Companies manage their fleets and connect with Drivers and Passengers. We do not provide transport services, employ Drivers, own vehicles, or hold any transport operating licence.
Transport services shown on or booked through Convoy are provided by independent Transport Companies. SimpleLabx is not a party to any transport contract between a Transport Company and its customers, passengers, schools, or corporate clients, and is not liable for the acts or omissions of Transport Companies or Drivers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children cannot hold their own accounts. Under the School Bus module, a Parent creates an account and adds their child's details.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@convoy.sg if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.
Each Driver may hold only one Driver account. Transport Companies must register under their legal business name.
Accounts with no activity for 24 consecutive months are treated as dormant. We will notify you before taking any action, which may include suspending or closing the account and deleting associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Unverified Transport Companies are subject to limits on the number of vehicles and drivers they may add. Full platform features, including Marketplace access, require verified status. Verification requires submission of business registration documents, vehicle log cards, and commercial insurance certificates.
The Transport Company is solely responsible for: holding all licences, permits, and authorisations required under Singapore law; maintaining valid commercial motor insurance; ensuring all Drivers hold valid licences appropriate for the vehicle and service type; compliance with the Road Traffic Act and all applicable laws; any accident, injury, loss, or damage arising from a vehicle or trip managed through Convoy; and all traffic fines and penalties incurred by its vehicles or Drivers.
A Transport Company may connect with a Driver only by sending an invitation through the Platform. A Driver may not unilaterally request to connect with a Transport Company.
Transport Companies are responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes, including GST, and for making all required statutory contributions for their employees and workers.
Data that a Transport Company enters into Convoy for its own operations remains the Transport Company's data. SimpleLabx processes it as a data intermediary on the Transport Company's behalf.
Drivers must hold and maintain a valid driving licence of the appropriate class and, where required by law, a valid vocational licence (PDVL or TDVL) throughout their use of the Platform.
Drivers must not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or identity. Submitting false documents is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Drivers must comply with all road traffic laws, drive safely at all times, and follow the instructions of the Transport Company that has assigned the trip.
During a trip, Drivers may see the details of the Passengers or Students assigned to their route. Drivers must not retain, copy, or use that information beyond what is necessary to complete the assigned trip. This obligation continues after the trip ends and after the Driver's account is closed.
The Digital Passport records a Driver's employment history and career metrics on Convoy. It stays with the Driver when they change Transport Companies. Drivers may hide or delete past employment records from their Passport, but doing so will recalculate the affected career metrics. Deleted records cannot be restored.
Unless a Driver has a separate employment contract with a Transport Company, Drivers are independent contractors. SimpleLabx is not the Driver's employer and is not responsible for the Driver's working conditions, earnings, benefits, or statutory entitlements.
By adding a Student to the Platform, the Parent confirms that they are the child's parent or legal guardian and consents on the child's behalf to the collection, use, and disclosure of the child's personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
SimpleLabx collects and uses Student data only to provide the School Bus module features. It is shared with the Transport Company and School responsible for the child's transport, and with our service providers. It is never used for advertising or marketing and is never sold.
Parents must ensure that all Student details — including pick-up and drop-off points and authorised recipients — are accurate and kept up to date. Incorrect information may affect the child's safety.
You must not: use Convoy for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; access another user's account without authorisation; reverse engineer or decompile the Platform; introduce malicious code or viruses; scrape or commercially exploit any content without our written consent; use the Platform in a way that disrupts its operation; or impersonate any person or entity.

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

Transport Company responsibility: SimpleLabx is not liable for any accident, injury, property damage, or loss arising from a transport service provided by a Transport Company, including any traffic offence committed by a Driver. These matters are the sole responsibility of the Transport Company.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpleLabx and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, and costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of Convoy in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) any accident, injury, or damage caused by a vehicle or Driver operating under your Transport Company account; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms apply from the date you first use Convoy and continue until your account is closed. Either party may close a Convoy account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in force.

If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this clause and may enforce it against you.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and SimpleLabx in relation to Convoy and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
A failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
