This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and manage your personal data across our consultancy services, our corporate website, and any software applications, platforms, or digital products we develop, host, and offer (collectively, “Services”), in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and mobile application distribution standards.
By accessing or using our website, digital solutions, or any of our software platforms and mobile applications, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Services.
1. What Personal Data We Collect

- Automatically via Tracking Technologies: Through persistent and session tracking tools operating when you navigate our platforms, used primarily to preserve user preferences, monitor stability, and optimize system performance.
3. Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data
We process your personal data strictly for the following purposes:
To Provide and Manage Our Services:
- To deliver software development, architecture, and deployment consultancy services.

- Fulfillment Partners: When you utilize a product designed to coordinate services, aggregate consumer demand, or match requests with external providers, your relevant contact details, parameters, and geographic preferences will be securely passed to designated third-party fulfillment partners (e.g., specialized transport, delivery, or operational vendors) so they can directly contact you and execute the service. SimpleLabx does not provide these external fulfillment services directly.
- IT Infrastructure and Cloud Providers: To specialized third-party infrastructure hosts, database management platforms, and cloud computing vendors providing secure data isolation and hosting environments.
- Transactional and Analytics Processors: Third-party utility services that assist us in distributing notification emails, verifying payment security, or analyzing system latency metrics.
- Legal and Regulatory Bodies: When forced by law, valid court order, or governmental authorities operating under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Singapore.
- Corporate Transactions: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of corporate assets, financing consolidation, or acquisition of all or a portion of our software business by another enterprise.
All third parties handling data on behalf of SimpleLabx are contractually required to maintain strict data confidentiality and protect your information in full alignment with the statutory mandates of the PDPA.
5. Security and Safeguards
We implement reasonable administrative, physical, and technical security controls to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, modification, exposure, or data loss. This includes enforcing data minimization policies based on the principle of least privilege, employing encrypted transmission protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS) across public data transits, and applying access controls to backend infrastructure.
However, no configuration of internet-facing software or electronic data storage is completely immune to security threats.
6. International Data Transfers
Because our Services run on global cloud architectures, your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed across servers located outside of Singapore. Whenever personal data is moved internationally, we ensure that appropriate contract clauses, data transfer agreements, or equivalent legally enforceable mechanisms are executed to guarantee that the overseas recipient provides a level of data security fully comparable to the protections enforced under Singapore's PDPA.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for the precise duration necessary to fulfill the business, operational, or engineering purposes for which it was originally collected, or as mandated by legal, accounting, and statutory requirements in Singapore. When data is no longer necessary for these functions, we permanently purge, securely destroy, or completely anonymize the data records.
8. Your Rights and Account Deletion
In accordance with the PDPA and global app store distribution criteria, you retain the following rights regarding your personal records:
- Access and Correction: You may request to inspect copies of your personal data currently held by us, or ask for information explaining how your data has been used or disclosed over the past calendar year. You may also request corrections to rectify data inaccuracies.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You can withdraw your consent for future data processing at any time (including disabling application geolocation tracking directly inside your device's native settings menu).
- Account and Data Deletion: If you have registered a profile or account within any of our software platforms or applications, you possess the right to request the permanent deletion of your account credentials and all associated user files.
